- I'm a Hotel and Restaurant Management graduate from the University of Santo Tomas here in the Philipines. Right now I'm looking for a new job and while waiting I have started this blog. I'm not a chef but i can cook, i don't know how good but i can definitely cook. I'm a very easy-going guy that loves hanging out with friends. I also love watching cooking shows to get ideas on cooking and other things about the kitchen. I know I need a lot more to learn in the wayys of the kitchen but I'm willing to learn the craft how ever long it takes.
